1500.360 TEMPORARY HOURLY LEAVE PROCEDURE

A. SICK LEAVE ACCRUAL

B. SICK LEAVE REQUEST, APPROVAL, REPORTING AND VERIFICATION

  1. Use of sick leave is subject to the supervisor's approval. C. 病假使用

Sick leave may be used for the following:

  1. Employee’s mental or physical illness, injury, or health condition.

D. DEFINITION OF FAMILY MEMBERS

E. PAID SICK LEAVE ACCRUAL YEAR

F. CARRYOVER OF PAID SICK LEAVE HOURS

I. HOUR LIMITATIONS STILL APPLY

I. UNPAID LEAVE TYPES
